# Turn a tweet into a presentation slide

Quoting a tweet in a deck usually means pasting a blurry screenshot that nobody past the third row can read. A 16:9 export at slide dimensions drops straight onto a slide at full bleed and stays sharp on a projector.

## How it works

1. Paste the link to the post.
1. Keep the 16:9 canvas that matches a slide.
1. Leave the wide padding so the card sits centred with margin around it.
1. Download the PNG and drop it onto a slide.

Padding is deliberately large here, because a projected slide loses its edges to overscan and to people's heads. Keeping the card well inside the frame means the text survives a real room.

### What size should a slide image be?

16:9 at 1920 by 1080 matches the default slide size in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides.

### Why so much padding?

Projectors crop edges and audiences sit at angles. Extra margin keeps the tweet readable from the back of the room.

### Will it stay sharp when projected?

Yes. It renders at 3x, which is more than a 1080p projector can resolve, so there is detail to spare.
