# Terms of service

By using tweettoimage.com you agree to what is set out below. It is written to be read, so it is short.

## Using the service

The web tool is free to use, with no account. You may use what you make from it personally or commercially — we claim no ownership over your exports and put no watermark on them.

You may not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to misrepresent what somebody actually posted, or to attack the service itself — no scraping it at volume, no working around rate limits, no reselling access to it. Automated access has its own route: the API, under an API plan.

## The posts you convert

A post belongs to the person who wrote it. Converting one into an image does not transfer any rights in it, and it does not make a reuse lawful that would not otherwise be. Quoting, commentary and reporting are usually fine; republishing someone's post as your own is not, and neither is using a person's post to advertise a product without their agreement.

Deciding you have the right to reuse a given post is your responsibility, not ours. Only public posts can be loaded at all — protected accounts are not readable, and the tool will not open them.

If a post of yours has been used through this service in a way you object to, email us and we will help where we can.

## Availability

The service is provided as it is, without a warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee it will be available uninterrupted or that every post will render. It depends on third-party services for post data, and those can change or fail without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

## Paid plans

API plans are billed through our payment provider and can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running. Requests over your quota are refused with an error rather than billed on top, so a plan cannot run up a bill you did not choose.

## Changes, and who we are not

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use it after a change means accepting the updated version.

tweettoimage.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp. X and the X logo belong to their owner and are used here only to describe what the tool converts.
